Our weekend away this year is going to Cornwall. The basic outline is to travel down to Truro on Friday 12th September and on Saturday attend the start of the tall ships race and on Sunday join a tour with cream tea arranged by the local Jaguar Club. The trip will be from Friday 12th September to Monday 15th September inclusive and the price will be £370 per couple on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis.

As you will appreciate with the tall ships race, accommodation is at a premium so I must know who is coming by the second weekend in May (10th/11th May). We have provisionally booked twelve rooms(some of which have already been taken) but any places not taken by May 12th will be released by the hotel to the general public.

Please register your interest with Phil/Angie (12 noon onwards) as soon as possible to book a room and deposits of £50 per person will be required by the 12th of May.

Still undecided about Cornwall in September? You have until Tuesday 13 May to let Phil Newstead know if you want to come to Cornwall. After that the unsold rooms will be handed back to the hotel and the trip will be full.
