Bucks and Herts JEC “Treasure Trail” (Sunday, March 30th)

Start: TRING Finish: HERTFORD HEATH

The event will be a “trail” rather than a “hunt”, that is, no items will be collected en route. No one need get out of their cars at all to be able to complete their Q/A sheets between Tring and Hertford Heath.

There will be prizes for the car with the highest number of points.

Questions will not be too cryptic!!

The aim is to meet at the Rose and Crown, Tring, from 09.30hrs for breakfast, and to leave in due course (probably by 11.00hrs) following the written “trail”. The route will include an appropriate “pit-stop” at lunch time, and will end at a hostelry in Hertford Heath in the afternoon, where results will be checked and adjudication made.

Food will be available from late afternoon and it is hoped that participants will stay and have a meal.

The cost of the breakfast at the Rose and Crown has been set at £7.00 and Alan Lofty needs to confirm numbers with the hotel by 21 March.
